Third Saturdays in WesTen

August 21

The WesTen District welcomes you to Third Saturdays in WesTen with a MadPotter Open House, Council Grove Historically Local Tour at Castle Falls, and a Marking Tree Open House. MadPotter Studio with Matt Murray hosts a monthly open house 11AM-5PM at 4602 Northwest 10th which is open to all ages (children need parental supervision), must be 14+ to experience pottery wheel, and includes light appetizers at Noon. CONA (Council Oaks Neighborhood Association) Meeting

You do not have to be a member to attend a meeting; however,  if you would like to join CONA, it’s $15.00 a year.

The 14th Annual WesTen District Auction & Dinner on Tuesday, September 14 will once again offer a fast-paced evening of delicious food and celebration while raising money to continue serving the community.  WesTen will honor their “Bright Spots” by celebrating the area’s artisans, Walter Mullican and his tenure of service at Portland Avenue Baptist Church, and legacy businesses. Historically Local Speakers Series–Bob Blackburn

Historically Local Speakers Series w/ John Dwyer

Oklahoma became a state on November 16, 1907 and on Thursday, November 18, 2021 we will have the grand opportunity to hear John Dwyer, author of The Oklahomans Volume 1 and 2.
